Chardonnay<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t

International white berry grape variety, widely used to produce still, semi-sparkling and sparkling wines. Its typical color is a pale yellow straw its aromas strongly characterize a personality that, even in the thousand meanings that this vine can experience, it keeps its identity unchanged thanks to notes of ripe fruit, from citrus to tropical to white fruits.<\/p>\n

In every situation, elegance and finesse belong to it, making it the protagonist of fine wines and classy pairings. From first courses to white meat, from medium-aged cheeses to fish and shellfish, it knows how to break the mold and lend itself to new pairings: in its sparkling version, it is to be tried with pizza. Wonderful when served chilled, from 6 to 10 degrees, in a tulip glass to allow it to express all its character, where its surprising aromas will start without releasing.<\/p>\n<\/div>
