The history of these lands also wants Aromatic Malvasia di Candia in a sweet version, to obtain this wine that best accompanies and enhances the sweets of our tradition, from cakes to dry pastries. Everything suggests its youth: the yellow straw color as well as an explosion of primary, vegetal and aromatic scents, together with ripe fruit, almost tropical, and a delicate minerality in the finish.
A complex and intensely aromatic personality well balanced by freshness and tanginess which make this white grape vine variety particularly appealing also with crustaceans or aged cheeses, or as a meditation wine. Ideal would be to serve it in a chalice, around 8 degrees, to allow it to release every aspect of its captivating aroma.
